Join us for an Old Fashioned Fourth of July celebration at the Daffodil Valley Sports Complex on July 3rd! This collaborative community event will support local organizations, with Rotary’s proceeds directly benefiting the building of the 2013 Sumner YMCA. The day is action packed:
· Our 5K race starts at 9am, registration at 8am. Pre-registrations saves you $5: visit www.active.com
· Opening ceremonies are at 11am at the main stage!
· From 10-5pm, talented performers will entertain, Sumner and Bonney Lake Police Departments and East Pierce Fire will have a safety fair, professional and amateur athletes will be interacting with kids, Rhubarb, the Mariner Moose, Sparky and McGruff will greet you and food booths and carnival games will keep you busy!
· We would love for your organization or business to take part- for $60 you can have a carnival game or information booth! You keep the proceeds you make (minus your fees to Rotary J). Rotary does the advertising and brings the people to you! If you want to have a food booth, contact Suzanne ASAP at 253.376.4146 or suzanne@ctwcaringsolutions.com because the deadline for a food booth is June 11th.
